As a Business Development Director, you'll play a critical role in securing and retaining business for our Clinical Research division. Your consultative, proactive sales approach will position us as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Qualify deals and develop proposals to recommend pricing structures
  • Travel extensively across Europe, covering key markets such as the UK, France, DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics
