As a Senior Business Development Director, you will play a key role in securing and retaining business for PPD through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities. Your focus will be on decision-makers and decision influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors, positioning PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced.
The sales territory for this role will cover some of our key markets across Europe, including the UK, France, DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe, as long as you live close to an international airport and are willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and retain existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Position PPD as a leader in the clinical research industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
