Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and retain existing clients

- Position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for clinical development work
- Qualify deals and develop proposals to meet strategic company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive sales experience in the clinical/CRO/laboratory services markets
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
