Job Summary
The Business Process Manager for Go-To-Market Strategy will oversee process design and optimization, documentation development, and Salesforce management. This role ensures CRM initiatives align with business goals, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop processes, documentation, and systems to enhance our Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with growth targets.
- Lead the design and implementation of GTM processes, tools, and systems, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth operations as the business scales.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of key RevOps systems including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and compensation management.
- Collaborate with key departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Accounting, IT) to manage key business processes including quote to cash efficiency and incentive compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process management, preferably in a tech company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
