We are seeking an experienced Route-To-Market Operations Manager to join our team in Africa. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and executing route-to-market initiatives, ensuring effective execution and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • The Route-To-Market Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing support to local teams, and leading cross-country transformational projects.
  • You will work closely with the Route-To-Market Director, Africa, to develop and implement strategic plans, optimize processes, and monitor launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and optimize daily RTM operations to ensure effective execution based on scientific data analysis.
  • Provide support to local teams in RTM execution by aligning and tracking detailed execution plans.
  • Lead Route-to-Market transformational projects (Perfect Store, CTS) by defining strategy and providing guidelines for execution.
  • Optimize processes: define and improve operational management processes, governance, and best practices among RTM teams.
  • Monitor and support launches during the first year to consolidate commercial implementation.

Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business, marketing, or trade.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of French highly valued.
  • Ability to travel periodically to Africa.
