Ice Cream Business Strategy Manager

You will be part of the Unilever Ice Cream business, a leading player in the global ice cream industry with €7.9bn turnover in 2023. The ice cream market is highly attractive, operating within the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, which is growing consistently at high pace. Our strong brands include 5 of the top 10 selling brands such as Wall's, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry's.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As our Ice Cream Business Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies adapted to the company's needs, ensuring continuous adaptation with involved teams and accounts. You will lead the strategy according to the company's/BU needs, define/adapt strategies or focus areas based on green/red cells and strategic segments/customers.
Responsibilities also include being the Retail Execution Representative for Spain, serving as the main point of contact with Global teams (forums and specific meetings), leading global strategic projects (adaptation to the country, implementation, and adjustment of new models), and working closely with local-to-global teams.
You will also work as a Budget Manager, defining the budget with the BU based on objectives, coverage, frequency, and needs, and tracking monthly budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for External Teams, defining the strategy and role of Externalia according to short- and medium-term needs, setting and monitoring team objectives, controlling focus areas and mindset, establishing communication models and agility with Unilever, and defining process efficiencies.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
To excel in this role, you will require a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field, along with 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position. You must have an advanced level of Spanish and English and high computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
Key skills for this role include having a high component of leadership and proactivity and initiative, managing projects with sales teams, and having passion for growth and teamwork. Critical SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviors and Personal Mastery, such as setting high standards, emotional intelligence, empathy, and taking personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results, are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
