We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to join our European Sales team, targeting the Spanish Market with a focus on elite sports clubs, leagues, and federations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the Sports Tech Industry. As a Senior Sales Manager at Spiideo, you will drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging your exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Sell Spiideo's products and services to elite clubs, leagues, and federations throughout the elite sports pyramid.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets for establishing sales and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM software.
Requirements
  • Native or professional working proficiency in Spanish.
  • Passion and knowledge about the Spanish sports market to effectively relate to and communicate with potential customers.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the Sports Tech Industry.
  • Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
