As a Sales Enablement Specialist at TravelPerk, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and sales performance. You will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, creating enablement materials, and working closely with sales leaders and product marketing teams to ensure the revenue team is equipped with the latest and most relevant information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate sales onboarding and in-role training programs to reduce ramp period and increase productivity and performance.
- Use data to identify gaps in skill sets and knowledge, and partner with sales leaders and enablement teams to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
- Leverage tools like the learning management platform, internal repositories, and communication channels to enhance learning and knowledge sharing.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to create enablement materials that ensure the revenue team is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Impact sales team career progression by authoring, iterating, and maintaining enablement materials provided to the Revenue Team.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing to update knowledge checks and tests to reflect product updates.
- Follow up on competitive landscape to ensure the most up-to-date information.
- Identify, develop, and optimize enablement needs, and monitor and evaluate revenue enablement's impact by monitoring metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Assess gaps and needs for team members' progression, and implement programs to improve the quality and output of sales activities.
- Stay current on sales best practices, the TravelPerk product, and market trends.
- Maintain and update content in the Revenue Enablement tools, and facilitate alignment for seamless collaboration across multiple teams to align their objectives with sales strategy and ultimately the company goals.
- Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, the Community team, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven record of sales best practice sharing or enablement for sales teams in a high-tech environment.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, self-starter who excels in managing multiple projects, prioritization, and a keen attention to detail.
