About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Smb Account Executive to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional Semrush solutions to optimize growth.
  2. Prospecting and Sales: Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush suite of products, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly activities to reach targets (KPIs).
  3. Customer Retention: Work with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high customer retention within your book of business.
  4. Product Knowledge: Collaborate with a Product Specialist to introduce your book of business to and sell Semrush's newest product offerings.
  5. Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and manage procurement.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience, with up to 2 years of experience in B2B software sales.
  2. Sales Methodologies: Experience in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, meeting control, account development, and time management.
  3. Language Skills: Native Spanish, good command of English.
  4. Soft Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Google Suite Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Suite tools.
  2. Slack Software: Experience with Slack software.
