About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Smb Account Executive to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the LATAM market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the LATAM market
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of the LATAM market and culture
