SMB Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the SMB segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
