Digital Sales Enablement Leader

IQVIA is a leading healthcare company that leverages data and science to help clients drive healthcare forward. As a Digital Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial efforts by developing digital capabilities and working closely with sales and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
- Coordinate digital-first commercial requests and actions between teams.
- Review and analyze client requirements and develop cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Develop knowledge of existing services and product portfolio.
- Assist with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals and client solutions.
- Participate in the design and structure of client presentations, proposals, and reporting.
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
- Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities.
- Begin to develop practice-specific subject matter expertise.
- Experience working in a digital environment and in healthcare.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges and proposals.
- Strong business acumen and solid PowerPoint skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
