Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers and sales teams worldwide. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless order processing, delivery, and resolution of customer queries.

About the Role

  • Receive and process customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, and order changes
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service through various media interactions
  • Use tools like internal shop and Sales Force to transfer quotations to SAP as orders
  • Purchase and track goods on orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate with Business Units to obtain delivery information for scheduled shipments
  • Monitor open orders via ZSOS and maintain accurate records of customer activity
  • Prepare paperwork, including original purchase orders, copies of invoices, and return goods memos
  • Process sales orders within defined timelines and invoice accordingly
  • Provide customers with quotations within set deadlines
  • Purchase parts from Business Units and third-party suppliers, coordinating returns for repair
  • Monitor outstanding purchase orders from Business Units and third parties
  • Coordinate credit note processing to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP/ERP systems
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a strong customer orientation (internal and external)
  • Bonus points: Fluency in Portuguese, experience in the biomedical/healthcare sector

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package that reflects the requirements and challenges of this position. Based on industry standards, market conditions, and location, we estimate a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This package also includes additional benefits, such as professional development opportunities, health insurance, and a comprehensive pension plan.
