HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping mid-sized businesses grow and succeed using our innovative software solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 3-5 years of closing sales experience to join our remote team based in Spain. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish and English, as well as unmatched consultative selling and closing skills. If you are passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Closing Sales experience
  • Fluency in Spanish & English. Portuguese will be highly valued
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
