Sales Representative for Medium-Sized Businesses

About the Role
As a Sales Representative for Medium-Sized Businesses, you will be responsible for promoting SAS software products, solutions, and services to prospective and current accounts in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute territory-specific sales strategies to grow revenue and exceed sales quotas.
- Sell software, solutions, hosting, consulting services, and education to current and prospective customers, executing all aspects of the sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, proposal, proof, close, renewal).
- Generate pipeline through effective lead management/conversion and proactive prospecting efforts.
- Build and lead virtual teams for opportunities, utilizing internal and external resources as needed.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Advanced prospecting and strategic selling techniques are essential, along with knowledge of hardware and software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
You should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to comfortably engage C-level executives and communicate technical concepts via phone and relate them to SAS system applications and user needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Advanced prospecting and strategic selling techniques.
- Knowledge of hardware and software acquisition cycles and buying influences.
- Spanish and English fluency.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
