Job Overview

Bsport is an innovative all-in-one platform that empowers boutique studios to streamline operations and boost commercial success. As a Sales Executive for our South Europe team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering clear and engaging demos that highlight bsport's value proposition to potential clients. This includes managing the full sales cycle from demo to close, ensuring a seamless client experience. You will also collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize lead quality and work closely with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's market presence in Southern Europe.
  • Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Deliver clear and engaging demos that showcase bsport's value proposition to potential clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish as your primary language, with fluency in English.
  • A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
  • Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment.
  • A creative spirit—bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation.

  • Attractive base salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
