About the Role
Merantix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced License Compliance Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive new business growth and strengthen their sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy.
  • Educate companies on non-compliant behaviors using data sets and present difficult messaging to C-Level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance.
  • Develop a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed sales quota and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards revenue goals.
  • Work closely with Legal, Channel, and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at the executive level.
  • Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
  • A hybrid working schedule.
