About the Role
Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our License Compliance team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base through strategic planning and execution.

Job Summary
We are looking for a sales representative with a strong track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be working closely with our internal teams, including Legal and Channel, to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue growth within the License Compliance segment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and profiling
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of companies from non-compliance to compliance
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue
- Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure tracking towards revenue goals

Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at executive level
- Ability to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals
- Native Spanish and Business English proficiency

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
