At Nayak Aircraft Service GmbH & Co. KG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Quality Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Quality department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager in managing the quality management system, including the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and performance of the annual audit plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure the implementation of quality procedures and standards.
- Support the Quality Manager in the evaluation of new and used component and material providers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum age 25 years
- Sufficient knowledge of English language (spoken and written correctly)
- Profound knowledge of relevant aviation legislation
- Reasonable duration of practical working experience at CAMO and/or P145 organizations, preferably within the Quality/Compliance department
- Human Factors Training (initial and recurrent)
- Fuel Tank Safety Training – Level 1 at least
- Audit techniques in aviation or Quality management training i.A.W. a recognised European standard such as EN ISO9001 or equivalent
- Other Driving license
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- AMOS knowledge
- Focused, organized, team worker; listening, comprehension and communication skills, proactivity, availability, results-oriented
