At Recruitment Room, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships.

Job Description:

Pipeline Generation and Management

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution. They will have a high activity level for prospecting, including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings. The successful candidate will also gather prospect requirements and tailor product positioning and demonstrations to meet their needs.

Channel and Partner Strategy Programs

We are looking for a sales executive with experience in developing and executing channel and partner strategy programs that focus on incremental revenue generation. They will work closely with local channel partners to facilitate deals and identify key customers' feedback/requirements to report back to Product and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector.
  • A strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.
  • Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support.
  • Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and self-driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • A go-getter and doer who is proactive and can perform in an agile and flexible startup environment.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + Equity (Galaxy Company Shares) + Commission.
