Spanish Publisher Sales Development Manager for Madrid, Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-speaking Publisher Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a sales professional with a passion for digital media, you will be responsible for acquiring Polish publishers and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:- Aquire Polish publishers from initial contact to deal closure
- Build a stable pipeline and prioritize valuable opportunities
- Lead the publisher acquisition process in collaboration with technical, sales, and operational colleagues
- Become a trusted contact and build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain our CRM tool, updating information on leads and customer interactions

Requirements:- Native Polish speaker with advanced English skills
- Sales experience: at least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Digital media knowledge: good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB)
The estimated monthly salary for this role is €2,500-€4,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including 25 vacation days per year, new equipment, annual team retreats, and weekly Friday afternoons off.
