**Role Description:**

As a Strategic Account Services Professional at Amazon, you will be working closely with a portfolio of 10-20 Selling Partners to help them drive their business growth and achieve program satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to support Selling Partners in developing individualized strategies, managing timelines, and expectations, while owning communications. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new Selling Partners to this service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Selling Partner Management: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of 10-20 Selling Partners to develop individualized strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and owning communications.

* Run Business Analyses: Use a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data and produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights.

* Consultancy: Leverage your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to help Selling Partners achieve their objectives.

* Support Execution and Operational Challenges: Be a proficient sparring partner to your Selling Partners, guiding the execution of strategic plans and answering ad-hoc questions.

* Build relationships: Gain the trust of each managed Selling Partner by close collaboration and delivering results.

* Coach: Dedicate time to educate Selling Partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about Selling on Amazon.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

* Strong business acumen and understanding of e-commerce and digital markets

* Knowledge of Amazon's solutions and services
