Global Licensing Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Licensing and Partnerships Manager to join our global team at Fever España. This role is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in managing and expanding our network of partners globally.
- Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar fields, with high achievement results. 4-8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms. Natural commercial abilities with affinity for proactive reach-out, sales strategy, and negotiation.
Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package consists of a base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
