Job Description:
Candidate Profile: We seek an experienced Customer Service and Traffic Executive who will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing daily orders, addressing inquiries, and providing proactive support across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily orders and customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Deliver seamless and positive experiences for clients across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, building long-term relationships.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficiency in delivering services.
