About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our Corporate Sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business relationships, as well as successfully onboarding quality clients to our Dealing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial fact-finds and qualifications to identify potential opportunities for Xe services.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing detailed analysis of prospect client's FX needs.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM database, updating sales pipelines to report to Team Lead HoC.
  • Originate sales ideas and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on monthly and quarterly individual sales performance.
  • Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of corporate services to decision makers.
  • Conduct currency audits or rate comparisons for prospective clients.
  • Book meetings and appointments with field sales teams to present our services.
  • Collaborate with Credit team to agree facilities for new clients.
  • Complete onboarding checks and account opening processes for new clients.
Requirements
  • Sales experience: A minimum of 3 years in a (FX) sales role.
  • Strong track record of outperformance relative to targeted KPIs.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced result-driven sales environment.
