Role Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic business development activities to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in the DACH region.
  • Utilize a variety of channels to connect senior enterprise prospects with our Sales Teams, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct strategic business development activities to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both prospect and existing accounts.
  • Set up initial meetings between prospects and our Account Executives, and conduct presentations and participate in demos as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MicroStrategy's software platform and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to senior enterprise buyers.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the SaaS software industry, preferably in the AI/BI space.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to successfully build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated and results orientated individual with the ability to adapt and excel in an ever-changing industry and environment.
  • Experience working in a results-driven environment and willingness to learn new concepts, industries, and tools.
