About the Role

As a Technical Sales Manager at Danfoss GmbH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with technical expertise and product knowledge. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct technical support to internal and external customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring that technical aspects align with their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools to ensure technical accuracy and consistency with our quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and prospects to improve our processes and offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product management on highly requested special features.
  • Visit customers on demand for technical support to the commercial team (Sales).
  • Collaborate in projects management.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • Fluency in French and English languages; Spanish is a must.
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
