New Business Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and driving business growth in the Iberia region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to open new distribution channels across convenience and forecourts within FMCG.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate prices, RTM, promotions, stock management, and wholesalers.
- Track and report sales performance and incentives.
- Deliver new sales with new categories (vapour and modern oral) and ensure strategic SKUs distribution in different clusters.
- At least 3 years' experience in a new business and key accounts role in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive team player with a strategic vision.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
