About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at G-STAR. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Strategy
    • Develop and implement a customer service strategy that aligns with our brand values and customer needs.
    • Continuously monitor and improve our customer service philosophy to ensure fast resolution of customer problems.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and lead our in-house and external customer support teams to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer support team.
  • Customer Experience Improvement
    • Work closely with our customer experience and digital development teams to identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience through technology.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular customer service reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
    • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital environment.
    • Proven experience in managing customer support teams and developing customer service strategies.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
