Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
