Customer Service Representative in Valencia

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients, supporting them in their mission to plan their financial future.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our B2B customers through various communication channels.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer queries and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Payment Inquiries: Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
- Trustpilot Reviews: Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews to improve overall company NPS.
- Business Process Mapping: Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
- Education: Minimum MBO4 diploma, background in IT/finance/economy is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Competency in using computers.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, solution-oriented, and interested in working in an ambitious team.
