About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Manage payment inquiries and resolve disputes
  • Monitor and improve business processes to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • Minimum MBO4 diploma, background in IT, finance, or economy preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
