**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Webhelp. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working from the comfort of your own home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Log and follow up on customer requests and incidents
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback
  • Deliver high-quality customer service on post-sales requisitions, including logistics, warranties, and refunds
  • Capture all required data elements in our CRM system

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent English and native-level German language skills
  • Excellent communication skills in customer-facing situations
  • Good team player with a drive for success
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role is a plus

**What We Offer:**

  • Full-time contract with 39 hours per week
  • Rotative schedule from Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 24:00
  • Competitive salary of 18,800 Euros gross per year, plus up to 2,400 Euros gross per year in bonus
