About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Mainly handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  2. Handle outbound calls to resolve customer issues and promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  3. Quote creation and follow-up with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  4. Ensure personal knowledge of the product portfolio and post-sales processes are maintained.
  5. Initiate and manage customer post-sales related tasks, including order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations.
Requirements
  1. Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English language skills.
  2. Minimum 1-year relevant experience in sales and customer service.
  3. Strong communication, customer-facing, and customer care skills.
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  5. Achievement and target-oriented, customer-driven, and motivated to work in sales.
  6. IT knowledge and technical understanding.
  7. Ability to listen to customers and conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

  1. Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract.
  2. Salary: up to 2000 euros gross/year.
