Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the field service team in data management and process orders from confirmation to logistics and final invoicing
  • Provide telephone and written communication with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns
  • Create and track outstanding sales offers, contributing to a smooth process from preparation to delivery
  • Offer telephone advice to customers on product issues, entry and coordination of delivery schedules, and creation of offers and statistics
  • Support in handling complaints and addressing customers in the event of payment delays
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Organization Management, Digital Management, or Supply Chain
  • Strong experience in Customer Service or Backoffice Management, with excellent German language skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with willingness to travel abroad 30% of the time
  • Experience in B2B business and industrial environment is beneficial, as is experience in international matrix environments
  • Outcome-oriented approach, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
