About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Digital Customer Care Company Bv. As a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
