About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients, troubleshooting issues, and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
  • Handle payment inquiries and flag potential issues
  • Monitor and improve business processes to enhance customer journey
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Dutch language at native speaking level and C1 level in English
  • MBO4 diploma or equivalent
  • Background in IT, finance, or economy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
