Job Title: Customer Service Representative in Valencia

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Support B2B customers primarily via email and chat, but also via phone
  • Continuously brainstorm with colleagues to improve the customer experience
  • Problem-solving, innovation, and change management are part of daily tasks
  • Check and process payment requests from sellers and buyers via various customer platforms
  • Responsible for Trustpilot reviews to improve the company's overall NPS through excellent service
  • Identify and escalate customer questions and come up with suitable solutions
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch at a native level and a C1 level in English
  • Minimum MBO4 diploma, background in IT/finance/economics is a plus
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Interested in working in an ambitious team
