About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our B2B clients, helping them navigate the fintech sector and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience and identify areas for process improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Flag and escalate customer queries, developing suitable solutions to meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • Minimum MBO4 diploma, with a background in IT, finance, or economy an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
