Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Dutch support team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their telecom services, including resolving administrative and technical issues.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule

Shifts are assigned from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your hours will be spread across 5 days each week.
