About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  3. Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed, and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Payment Inquiries: Handle payment inquiries from customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Trustpilot Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth through excellent service.
  6. Business Process Mapping: Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
  2. Education and Background: Minimum MBO4 diploma, with a background in IT, finance, or economy being a plus.
  3. Technical Skills: Competency in using computers and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
