About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking customer service specialist to join our team. As a key player in our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
  • Positive and customer-oriented attitude
