About the Role

The House Of Mercier is seeking a talented Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to enhance the customer journey for our Dutch-speaking clients within the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Dutch customers, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on our Fintech solutions.
  • Analyze and understand customer needs to offer tailored financial solutions effectively.
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collect feedback to improve our services and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and boost overall service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, products, and best practices to support our customers effectively.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to navigate financial software is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in Fintech and a passion for improving customer experiences.
