Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity
At HelloPrint, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dutch speaking team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to ensure our customers have a 9+ WOW service experience. We are looking for someone passionate about helping customers, who has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in both English and Dutch. If you have a customer-friendly attitude, a dynamic personality, and a willingness to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Proactively help customers find the right products and services
• Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and excel in problem-solving
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information
Requirements:
• Professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in customer service or related field a plus
