**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled German language customer service expert to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to B2B clients, resolving issues and finding solutions to their problems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize troubleshooting, innovation, and change management skills to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and AI integrations, becoming an expert in this field.
  • Manage payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
  • Contribute to improving overall company NPS through excellent service and Trustpilot reviews.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries, developing suitable solutions.
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Native level German and fluent English.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in innovation and technology.
  • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with computers and typing skills.
