About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise clients, helping them to achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and pain points.
  • Provide proactive support to ensure client AWS environments are operationally healthy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Experience in Informational Technology operations.
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s).
  • Experience with cloud offerings.
  • Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks.
