Job Title: New Business Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and driving business growth in the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to open new distribution channels across convenience and forecourts in FMCG.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Track and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Field Force, Trade Support, and Brand Activation, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a new business and key accounts role in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
