Supermicro is actively seeking two seasoned and accomplished Enterprise Sales Managers to represent our extensive range of data center products and solutions to public, governmental, and enterprise clients across Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing comprehensive sales cycles that involve intricate, multi-portfolio, large-scale transactions. A strong, credible, and professional rapport with C-Level executives at both current and previous clients is essential, along with the capability to foster similar relationships with new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a related domain within the IT/Data Center sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in selling technology solutions to manufacturers, corporate entities, or public/government clients.
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly proactive and organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor combined with a passion for innovative thinking.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Preferred background in selling servers to enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong communication skills across various disciplines, cultures, and geographical areas.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, as well as time and territory management.
  • Experience in entering, tracking, and reporting lead activity data.
  • A consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential.
  • Self-management skills are crucial.

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
