Role: Customer Lifecycle Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead the sales process and manage customer relationships for our cloud solutions in Malaga. This role focuses on delivering a world-class experience and driving sales of Microsoft cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to identify opportunities and maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential.
- Present competitive offerings and communicate the value of our cloud solutions to customers.
- Utilize modern sales techniques and tools to manage and sell effectively.
- Collect and convey customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (oral, written, verbal).
- Experience in effectively communicating via phone, email video, and presentations.
- General knowledge of the IT industry and a quick learning ability for products and solutions.
- Driven by achievement and success, motivated by performance rewards.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Passion for cloud technologies and innovation.
- Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English; fluent or native proficiency in Swedish language.
