Role: Customer Lifecycle Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead the sales process and manage customer relationships for our cloud solutions in Malaga. This role focuses on delivering a world-class experience and driving sales of Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  3. Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to identify opportunities and maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential.
  4. Present competitive offerings and communicate the value of our cloud solutions to customers.
  5. Utilize modern sales techniques and tools to manage and sell effectively.
  6. Collect and convey customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
  2. 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management.
  3. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
  4. Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus.
  5. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (oral, written, verbal).
  7. Experience in effectively communicating via phone, email video, and presentations.
  8. General knowledge of the IT industry and a quick learning ability for products and solutions.
  9. Driven by achievement and success, motivated by performance rewards.
  10. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
  11. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  12. Passion for cloud technologies and innovation.
  13. Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English; fluent or native proficiency in Swedish language.
