Job Title:

Cloud Solutions Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solutions Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales of Microsoft cloud technologies, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft cloud technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (oral, written, verbal)
  • Experience in effectively communicating via phone, email video, and presentations
  • General knowledge of the IT industry and a quick learning ability for products and solutions
Language Skills:

Intermediate or fluent English; fluent or native proficiency in Norwegian language
